| Getting Started:
After downloading
ResManager.zip, un-zip the files and store in a temporary
location on your P.C. Install the software by clicking setup.exe.,
following the simple instructions.
You will need to
carefully complete your business details - the application will
require this information to print accommodation accounts and
acknowledgments.
Click the "Add Company / Room
Details" button to access your details interface.
Click "Set / Amend Business
Details"
Enter your Company name and address and information required.
Click "Set / Amend Room Details"
Complete the 4 fields in the form
This must be repeated for each room.
The Text buttons can be used to
"fine tune" the text that will be applied to your output
stationery.
This may be a little time consuming but all the above may be
amended at any time.
Making / Administering Reservations
From
the general interface, data should be entered in the following
format.
- Add Resident's
Details
- Add
Reservation Details
- Use
Reservation management features
Any data entered
will be conserved for future use with the registered version.
